We want you to be satisfied with your products, if you receive damaged goods you can exchange and/or return them, please read full policy.
For perishable goods: Call, text or email us as soon as possible to let us know if you received damaged goods, we will gladly arrange to exchange, or give you store credit. Unfortunately we do not accept returns and exchanges after 24hrs on perishable goods. We also do not accept returns on flowers that have been worked on or cut, bring in full package for an exchange. If only a few stems are damaged and you would like to replace them you can do that as well, just bring damaged stems.
We will not accept returns on flowers that were damaged due to negligence, please check out our >>> Flower Care <<<< page for proper flower handling after your purchase.
All sales are final on specialty/high end flowers, we will only refund damaged blooms on those.
For non perishable goods: Bring the products you wish to return or exchange along with your proof of purchase and we will gladly exchange, refund* or give you store credit. Please make sure product is in its original package, and in good unused condition. No returns after 20 days, and a restocking and handling fee will apply to any goods returned after 7 days, thank you!
Food/Drinks: We do not accept any returns on food or drinks.
Clearance items: There are absolutely NO returns or exchanges on clearance items. Please make sure you check over your products before purchase.
*Refunds will be made in the form of payment we received from you. Be aware that if you paid with credit card it can take sometimes up to 3 days for you receive your refund. If you wish to receive store credit instead, you can use that credit right away.
