At the warehouse
Please make sure you check your product while shopping at the warehouse, we try our best to get rid of any damaged and/or moldy flowers but at times we might overlook them.
Always inspect your flowers and the bucket they are in to make sure it’s nice and clean.
If you find any damaged flowers, moldy flowers or dirty water in a bucket we would appreciate it if you let us know so we can take care of it.
When taking out a bundle of flowers please be careful not to wet other flowers (it is the #1 culprit of moldy flowers)
At home/Your Shop:
When you get home make sure you fill up a clean bucket or container of choice with fresh water. Add a dash of bleach and flower food and cut your flowers stems with clean sharp sanitized scissors and put them in your container.
Change water every three days or as needed.
